Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. From the initial greeting and low pressure sales to the trade in value of my older car and finally to the financing department, the entire staff was a treat to work with. I have never had an overly pleasant experience with finance teams in the past but that changed what I bought my new ride at St. Albert dodge. Special shout-out to Hubert in sales and Clint in finance. Thanks to the sales manager Curtis and that of course thanks to the gm Brad as well! Special thanks to Ralph for showing and teaching us all the features of our new vehicle! Best car buying experience!

I have been dealing with St. Albert Dodge for almost 11 years now and they are and will remain my dealer of choice. From Adam in sales to Rob in Finance, Monica in Service. All so professional and super friendly. After your purchase they become like family. I don't have enough kind words for all the staff at this dealership. Just super fantastic people that really know how to take care of a customer.

I recently traded in my truck and I had an amazing experience with Stephen Lam. He got me a great price on my trade in, and he was very helpful with making sure I was happy with what I wanted in a new vehicle. I was really dreading the dealership experience as I had been shopping around, but Stephen was super laid back, and friendly and ultimately got me the best deal. He was very thorough and made sure to answer all of my questions. I had a very busy upcoming week and they made sure when I got there to complete some paperwork, I had everything in front of me I needed to make my visit as quick as possible. Highly recommend!!

I bought my second car through Steve Lam. Ive always refused to buy cars from dealerships, but after dealing with Him on my first car, I would not go back. I would tell my friends the same thing unless they are very mechanically inclined. I felt Steve had my best interests at heart, and even advised me to wait on my decision on the first 2 choices I was contemplating, saying there will be better options to come along. I did wait and got a car I am very happy with, and got a great deal on my trade in. He is trust worthy and will try his best to get you the best deal without over stepping with his employers.
