This place is absolute garbage. They ask you to put a deposit down to hold a vehicle. Then say you’ll get it back. Just to never give you back your deposit. This place is a huge scam. Best to avoid it at all costs.

“Worse vehicle experience ever” “People change when they have used you and they don’t care about you “ same is the case with this dealership Things were all good before buying the vehicle, as soon as we bought it things changed overnight. At the time of vehicle delivery, only thing was done was to show the vehicle features inside to discuss about features, technology this vehicle is having ,No physical inspection was completed but told to sign that everything is good with the vehicle. Only thing noted was wireless charging was not working - which was never followed, nor checked till now. As we took the vehicle home we noticed crack/ cut in one of the back seats, I immediately connected with dealership to discuss the issue. I was told this is not our issue now as once we sell the vehicle it’s your problem. Rather than fixing the issue they rather offered me outside vendor to get it fixed. After this I have to give my vehicle for 3 mm and under coating. Gave my vehicle in mint cleaned condition but once I took it back there was water marks, dust outside and inside vehicle. When I asked why they didn’t cleaned the vehicle before giving it back to me no answer was given. When I took vehicle back notice, all the settings which I adjusted in the vehicle were changed,back seats were folded for some reason ( work was only external) and I saw another scratch in back of other seat. Seems like vehicle was sent out to some outside vendor. Didn’t bother to report this time as I know the answer-“ it’s your issue now” If you are planning to buy from this dealership please make sure you do full inspection in and out of vehicle otherwise it will become your problem.

Shout out to the Sub Prime Director Samer for the amazing service provided. His outstanding professionalism and making me his priority were number 1. Always greeted with a smile and well put together clothes and kind heartedness, made it a pleasure with this transaction. He went above and beyond by dealing with the bank, having a replacement car when needed and bringing me my car at work. Not to many people today go out if their way to make you feel special. Really pleased by the help and guidance provided by Mr. Sachin, I was heavily confused when I entered in the place about what vehicle I should exactly go for but him being so patient and smart with his sense of understanding about what exactly the customer needs. Thankful for this wonderful shopping experience with Mr. Sachin and South Trail Chrysler.

I took my vehicle which was on warranty to get the service work. After a couple times to be for that reason, it was not peace for my mind regarding how my vehicle is working for me and that day I asked in customer service for a sales executive. I met very professional person - Maycen Krueger. He was absolutely outstanding listener, who understand the situation and find out the best option for a purchasing new car. He have his own knowledge regarding car maintenance, which is very important to be for any sales executive. I thank you for support and financial manager as well. I would suggest any customer to be in this place especially to meet Maycen , if need to purchase new car regarding an any circumstances. Thank you!
