They are literally the worst in Ottawa. Save yourself the hassle and take your car to a different dealership. In short, they have no respect for a paying costumer. It was the second time I ended up extremely unhappy when going to their dealership and that is the reason I decided to share my exprience. Regarding an issue in my bill, I contacted them. After making it clear to them that they made a mistake they just decided to igonre me all together. Ignorance should be their slogan. UPDATE: A few days after my review, their manager called me and fixed the issue for which I appreciate. I am still not giving them more than 3 stars because they should have fixed the issue before I made it public. Also, as said above, this was their second time making me unhappy. In the first case, I did not write any reveiw and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wrote to them and I assumed they would fix the issue when they would get a chance. But they never did. I would also like to bring to their attention that when a costumer makes an appointment for a half an hour routine service and lets you know in advance that they just prefer to waite instead of taking a loener you have no right to keep them waiting for hour and half. People have a life you know!

Excellent Service and parts departments. Lots of helpful maintenance suggestions! Sales department -- meh, not so much. Surprised at how little they knew of their own product lines. Maybe I caught them in the middle of something else but it came as quite a surprise.

Buying a car now is not an easy ordeal and there is a lot of unknowns. From the second we met Tan he made the process easy and was transparent throughout the entire process. He kept us closely updated and was so meticulous in the whole process. Tan would message us with updates even before we ever messaged him. It kept us informed and we had ideas of when the new car would come in. He even came in on his day off to deliver it to us. He’s such an honest and caring salesman. ASK FOR TAN!
