The installation of the trailer hitch, being an aftermarket, was more involved than originally anticipated. The removal of the bumper was required, as well as running wiring the entire length of the car. The quality of work was 2nd to none. Tony Graham Lexus techs truly know their craft, and are extremely focused on superb workmanship. Once again, they've delivered.

Walked in to speak with a rep, there’s a sign that says to wait. Waited a few minutes when someone came was told reps are busy have a seat at no time was I given an eta when I went to walk around numerous people in offices but no one to help us. Then after 15 minutes no one updating us walked out and the clerk at the desk did not even stop to ask was someone able to help. No one wants to work anymore. I’m guessing there not at all interesting in selling cars. Walk into a jeep dealership and you have 4-5 staff approaching you wanting to help offering coffee. Just a very different vibe at this location.
