My search for new Car started on internet, with looking at reviews as I search and compare reviews of different car makes decided to select Acura MDX as my next car Then contacted Acura on Brant as they use to service my Pilot from time to time during COVID as their service department was the best in Halton region , all I did was send inquiry on internet and Hailey contacted me the same day , after discussing what they had in stock I decided to go with White MDX, Hailey went beyond her sales duties as she guided me through process and responded to my questions very promptly, I was impressed, I know I will but alway from Acura on Brant as their service and sales have to be number one in Ontario as they go way beyond what normal dealers do for their clients, thank you Hailey Green and Acura on Brant

Hailey Green at the Acura on Brant dealership is an absolute professional. She has an exceptional knowledge of the product line and was able to answer all our questions quickly and accurately. She was also able to provide helpful advice about the features of each model and which one would be the best fit for us. I must say, I always have a 5 star experience when dealing with Gene. If you need service, he's the guy to talk to. He is always on the ball and answers any and all questions. He is very friendly and does whatever he can to make you leave happy. Keep up the good work Gene!

I have been taking my RDX here for 6 years and the service is always top notch. Recently I had an issue with my car and took it in twice without an appointment. Both times the service manager Gene went above and beyond to not only to sort the issue, but also to ensure I had a loaner so I could go to an important medical appointment the second time even though I hadn’t booked the appointment or a loaner. Even for regular service Gene is great at keeping you informed, and ensuring you’re completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this Acura dealership and the service manager Gene

I have been looking for a dealer to service my Acura. I recently moved to the area and I took a chance with Acura of Brant. Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership and I want to give a special shout out to Gene. He made sure I was updated as my car was serviced and payed attention to my needs and any questions as I had. The reason for my 5 star review is due to the incredible service I have received in the first year of owning my new vehicle. Gene Fundano, my service contact there goes out of his way to ensure a fast, friendly and result that you are completely satisfied with. Gene ALWAYS greets you by name and a huge smile. He also follows up with you to ensure that there are no further issues and that you are 100% satisfied.
