Hello Everyone, I truly don't recommend Acura Brant to anyone that is trying to repair their car. My mom and brother got into a car accident in June. The back of our vehicle got damaged, our insurance recommended us to get our car fixed at this dealer shop. Unfortunately the car has been at Acura for 6 months now, and we still haven't gotten it back. Aran and Peter have mislead the insurance company and had told them that our car is a "wear and tear" problem. My family was very confused as the damage in the car happened after the car accident, meaning it should be fixed by Acura. This should have taken about a week's work to finish. My family and I are very disappointed, and once again I truly don't recommend this place to anyone!

Hello all, I do not recommend this company for car services at all, I had a bad experience that I do not wish on anyone. After my family getting in a car accident, we were advised to get our car repaired at Acura brant. At first it was going well and they offered us a rental car, however 6 months have passed now, and although we have a rental car, it is still not the same as our car. Additionally, Peter and Aran from Acura reached out to our insurance company and declared that the damaged area of the car, which is the area that was crashed into by the accident, is damaged because of “wear and tear” … it’s a wonder how one comes to this conclusion, when there were no issues before the accident, then the car got crashed into, and now that very area that goes crashed into is damaged. It was very unprofessional for Peter and Aran to say this when they know, as well as anyone with logic, that the damage was caused by the accident. Also what where they doing with the car for 6 months? All they repaires they made could have been completed within 1 month maximum.

I booked my service appointment with Leggat Acura on Brant my Acura MDX to change transmission oil, differential and engine oil. When I received my vehicle back, I was attended by Ms. Gerri whose behavior was not so pleasant when completing the paperwork. I came to my car and found it is not attended perfectly as it was washed so poorly somewhat similar to the treatment I got in there, this was my complaint to them last service time also leaving water marks and dirt spots on the surface when reported told their car wash guy is on vacation. I drove my vehicle home and found the surround camera not working, which I used everyday to park my car inside the garage, I called Ms. Gerri to tell her about my camera she was so arrogant and started accusing me of my behavior. Brant Acura already documented in their multi-point vehicle inspection checklist that it is working satisfactory. I took back my vehicle for inspection of camera and they provide me with replacement quote of $687.11 + taxes for the camera. Now I am doubted about the other parts and mechanism inspected in the list. I have an oil spill found on my garage floor which is due to recklessly wiping it after oil change. The car tires were four to five pound overinflated then the required pressure resulting in high risk of tire blowout, uncomfortable ride and damaging other parts of vehicle including my life at risk. Thus, I received my vehicle back with more problems, I spoke to Ms. Glenda who emailed me a performance survey to fill out, she promised to work out something for me to resolve these issues but never get back to me. Leggat such a big group with promising customer service, I had a very bad experience and I feel embarrassed for myself being treated so badly.
