For a drop in Oil change is was as expected, the service guy handling the express lane was a little over the top, he was respectful and polite, but he comes across as a know it all, if he backed off on that somewhat it would be better. No one let me know when my oil change was complete, I was in the waiting room, I had to go out and check to see if it was ready. That should improve.

Brad Elliott really knows his product. Saw much the same car in Milton but Brad helped me to put it together with satin black wheels and dark tinted windows, sharp looking. i get lots of compliments. Took it down for replacement of seat cover due to torn stitching. very quick, courteous service. Bob the manager stopped to say hi. I would recommend your company. Thanks Don

I needed a new sensor because the cruise control sensor and auto-breaking and lane sensors went on the fritz. A new one was ordered from Toronto. My car was in for most of the day. In the end, the wrong part was sent. I came in another day The new one was put in. I left and on my way home, I tried the cruise setting - in about 60 seconds, I got a dashboard message saying that the sensors needed to be cleaned and the system shut down On this day, after the repair and painting had been completed, the service consultant and I noticed damage to the front bumper and around the side panel where the repair had been done. No explanation. I have a third service repeat appointment for Friday Dec. 15th. Let's see if both the damage and the sensor can be fixed at last! The Rep - Kurrel - is a delightful young man - service oriented and apologetic. I do not see the problem as giving rise to any criticism of him. John

Our family needed a minivan and I came in to the dealership knowing mostly what I was looking for (Grand Caravan SXT). Yasser made the entire experience hassle-free providing a few alternative options but really honing in on what I wanted based on my feedback. He worked out a solid deal. Bob provided some solid options for financing. The overall experience was very efficient and pleasant.

Was in to have the wheel bearing replaced on my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. This was completed quickly and done under warranty which was great. We were also able to pick up the van after service hours which worked out better for our schedule. I drove the van home only to find the next morning that the tire where the wheel bearing was replaced looked a little flat. Upon closer inspection I located a screw in the tire. Due to time constraints and me going out of town I had to have this fixed at a different dealership. Was not a good end to my service visit. We did purchase the the tire guard with our vehicle. How do I get this cost reimbursed??

Why can't someone update my GPS Maps?? I was told Jeff would call me back yesterday. But no call! Surely you would have a Tech person on your staff! I just got this newer GPS (2016) installed in my 2013 Dodge Journey! Now it is saying again to update maps! Dolly Egan

My appt was for 8am and was on time. I told the service guy i would wait and when he hadn't paged me 2 hours later I enquired. By co-incidence my car was just finishing up. Does it really take 2 hours to install and balance my tires?

Hi Dan thank you for your reply, it typically does not take two hours to complete an install and balance on four tires however from check in to check out at the cash desk the entire process including the wash is about two hours.

Dodge Caravan was brought in for service as the oil change service light had turned on. Long wait time (30 mins) plus service. The real issue I had though was being told I did not need to bring the van in for service. I was told the indicator light was not reliable (On a new van requiring its second oil change). I asked for the oil change anyway as I did not want to have any issues with my warranty. My first oil change was completed between 10 and 15,000 kms. The sticker for my next oil change stated 38,000 kms for next service, the light came on around 25,000 kms. My new sticker stated for an oil change at 35,000 kms. It seems there was an error on my oil change sticker from the second service as it was incorrect. The problem is the technician used this faulty number to tell me I would not need an oil change, this would mean I would have gone over 25000 kms between oil changes! All of this was very concerning from a future service standpoint and not explained. Lastly, I was told the nail found in my tire would have to be serviced another day. Staff seemed very stressed, I witnessed another vehicle leave without the wheel locks.

Hi Patrick I should be able to clarify this for you. your vehicle is equipped with an oil change indicator system. The system will illuminate the light when the vehicle requires an oil change and must be completed within 805 km of the light illumination. The oil change cannot exceed 1 year or 16,000 km or whichever comes first. The intervals at which the light will illuminate can very depending on conditions and driving applications. Some vehicles are equipped with a display that will count down the oil change interval. In vehicles that do not have this system we have found that many customer have preferred to have the oil changed at 8,000 km. I hope this help clarifies your concern.

Chris answered all of my questions thoroughly, quickly and honestly. He always went above and beyond to make sure I chose the right vehicle for my needs. Even after my vehicle was delivered, he spent a lot of time with me following up to make sure that I understood all my car's features, patiently showing me how everything worked. There is no scale that could truly represent how devoted this man is to his customers.
