Your staff were friendly and efficient. They answered my questions. Ran the van through the car wash. Thx I enjoyed a free coffee while I waited. The prompt service is nice as we live in Clinton and I drop my wife at Costco and pick her up after. Good work.

An OEM key fob was provided for programming.. Service was not completed citing "technician could not program the fob" . I was informed I needed to pay for the service and would have to repay for the service should I return with a different fob.

Hello Steven I looked into your concern regarding your the key and unfortunately we are unable to warranty parts that are purchased online from a source other than a FCA dealer. Perhaps the online seller will refund you for the labour.

I arrived late in the day with an immediate need for a new battery. Darryl managed to fit in the replacement job while I waited so that I didn't have to leave the car overnight and require a return trip.

Oil changed on my 2017 Ram. Checked tire pressure and adjusted. Suggested air filter at next oil change. Very happy with service. Will miss when dealership moves.

Got new rear brakes on my car a month ago, they’re still incredibly loud and I find it hard to believe that’s normal. My family brings 4 cars often to be only service by Oxfordodge and I think that we are done with it.
