I brought the car in on time. I told them as long as it was done by 2 that was ok. I received a call at 2 asking where the key for the tires was located. I told them in the glove box. They could not find it. I told them I do not use it so they need to find it. I received a call at 4:00 telling me the car was ready. I picked it up at 5:00 and the key was not in the car. I asked someone in service to tell me what happened and no one had an answer. Unfortunately, I was pretty angry. I called the next day to talk to the lady - Michelle and she told me they did not find it. I explained that I never use it , only the dealership uses it so where is it?? Apparently, we do not know. The wheels were changed out or something I really don't know - however this was the last straw . I will be replacing the vehicle next year and it won't be a Chrysler.

Rebecca Thank you for the feedback, the wheel lock was replaced by us with a new set and the tool should be in the vehicle and indicated on the Repair order.

My service advisor Michele was great. But you need to improve the communication with the office and shuttle drivers. The front desk could be a little more friendly, twice in the last two weeks, the drivers mixed up the addresses. Despite the fact I made it quite clear. If you offer to call a checker limo to pick you up, maybe you should consider lending some customers a free loaner car. I dread the next time I have to leave my car since I be lost faith in giving a certain time or location...I don t think 1:10 pm or 3:30 pm are peak times for pick ups. Hats off for the man who kept answering the phone when I was frustrated the first time the driver missed me. Nov 6th. Episode. Since your computer isn t set up for printing the pick up location and time, phone number, what about asking the customer to write it down on the tag for a better back up system so we don t mix up the address or phone number..... Thank you to the service manager Jeff who took the time to listen to my concerns.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall, oil change and burnt out reverse light. The reverse light was not fixed. It was noted on the "walk around check" of the vehicle as I told the advisor upon dropping off my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I let the advisor know. I waited for 60 minutes while they tried to replace the bulb. I paid for the bulb, and then was told the bulb did not fix the issue. I went through the refund process. I was told I would have to come back another day, after already leaving my vehicle for the day. I talked to the service manager about my issue. He said he would investigate the issue. It has now been a week and I have not heard anything from the service manager. I would like to hear back about the potential resolution to the issue.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very transparent negotiation on pricing and trade in. Oxford Chrysler delivered on time as promised , excellent experience , I would recommend them to any of my acquaintances. D Churchill

They are nice for sure, but last time I took my car there for an oil change they tighten the bolt to tight. I had to take to my mechanic for other work. while I was there I thought I would get the oil changed, he couldn't get the bolt off and would even attempt it. too tight. so I took it back to oxford and they latterly had to take and hammer, I watched them and told be they had not problem with it but charged my foe a new bolt anyway. They lied. I watched them hammer it and then called a mechanic to di the rest, I had to pay 12.99+tax for something they did last visit. I watched the whole thing., never again.

Hi Joanne I apologize for this misunderstanding and I hope we can clear this up. The lube technician went to remove the drain plug on your vehicle and the head of the bolt was damaged as someone had attempted to remove the bolt and damaged the head. We did have to hammer the socket on the bolt because of this damage and asked a technician to assist to prevent further delays or complications. He had no other troubles removing the plug. We replaced the bolt due to the damage which would prevent us from torquing the drain plug.

I wanted to have my passenger side window control looked at and/or fixed because it has been failing intermittently for a couple of months. However the day I was there it was working and I was told that if they can't make it fail while looking at it then I would be charged a service fee. Since it was working at the time I said to leave it. Unfortunately I have less than 6,000 km's on my warranty, so I expect it will fail completely after I reach the end of the warranty. It was somewhat disappointing that they wouldn't simply take my word for it working intermittently and check it out without the need to charge me.

Car was checked thoroughly and reports of condition were told to me verbily as well as written on report for my records which are handy. look forward in the spring to trading my car in and leasing another one there.

Vehicle was in for snow tire install and a peace of mind inspection. Dropped off at 8:00 am and was not completed by 3:00pm only thing was done was the tire swap. In all day an not completed
