Hello Alexa, I am sorry we haven't met your expectations in some way. I looked into our interactions with you and I am confused as to how we earned a bad review. It appears we haven't had you into our dealership in over a year for some service work. Used sales were hit and miss, the guy we bought from was ok. We had a few conditions on our offer to purchase. They did not completely fulfill them. We had asked for the rocker panels to be repainted with the front bumper. They did the front bumper only and won't return any messages anymore. Truck has 22,000 km, I bought it at 19,000, so far it's been in the shop twice for warranty work as the DEF system failed then today it died in the parking lot with an electronic throttle control error so I had to take it in again to service. I would return the vehicle if I could. On a side note, the service department is fantastic. They are really great to work with and have done everything they could to help me. Update - 2020-07-10 - Spoke with the manager as well as our sales guy. They agreed to repaint the section of the truck that was not completed at the time we bought it. I will update the review at the time we pick it up and the work was done satisfactorily. He had also asked us if we wanted to split the paint cost, despite the fact that it was on the offer to purchase. Update 2020-07-24 - truck has been in for paint twice now. Still missing touch ups on it. Update 2020-07-29 - downgrading to 1 star. The truck has been in paint twice as my last post. They missed spots and forgot to finish putting all the trim back on (near rear fenders). The truck was still missing spots where I even pointed out to them. The manager was supposed to call me on July 27th but never did. My offer to purchase was clear as I wanted all the touch ups done as this was a 2019 with 19,000 KM. The sales team never did fulfill their part of the bargain. The mechanical breakdowns are bad luck and were handled well by the service team except forgetting to put the EGR tube back on when they replaced it. Overall, if I had the opportunity, I wouldn't have bought the truck from this dealership. I had the option to buy a Chevy from Jack Carter and wish I had went that route.

My sales representative was very personable and easy to talk to. Only took two days to fully complete the deal. Finance manager really knows his stuff and went the extra mile to make sure he could get the best financing for me. Thanks again
