Please remove the tires around the service waiting area. The smell of rubber is migraine inducing. But the only reason I was waiting at 4 was because you hadn't done the car dropped off for an 8 am service. Very poor service. No wipers on stock and now have a rattle and grinding noise. Not impressed.

Awkward Experience

November 21, 2014

Just wanted to say that I was spoken rudely to by one of the service representatives this week. If you're going in for an oil change, don't assume they have a "quick lube" "express service" etc. I realized this when asked if I had an appointment and when I said no the response I received was a sarcastic "ain't gonna happen today". The reason I was given was "too many snow tire installations" I guess in November, snow tires take priority over oil changes. I did manage to get an appointment but its 3 weeks from now! Otherwise a good dealership, but this specific service rep put me in an uncomfortable position. So please make an appointment for oil changes and get your snow tires on early.

The best first time buying experience.

Alan was a very knowledgeable and courteous individual. He was genuinely interested that I was completely happy and never pushed me for anything outside of my budget. He made sure however that I was aware of his own recommendations for alternatives that he thought worked best for me. He encouraged I test drive the car and was forthright and honest 100% of the time. Alan made time for me to call him at any time and was prompt with any and all paper work.

I purchased the car through the Family First Program at GM Oshawa. Jim was referred to me by a friend and when I went into the dealership he was eager to answer all my questions and concerns. He talked to me about my purchasing options and which option was best suited for me. We had to get a repair done on the car but since it was a Family First car we had to wait for the approval from GM. After waiting almost 3 weeks Jim stayed on top of it and managed to get the approval. I wanted the windows tinted and Jim was able to get back to me in no time with a price and when I confirmed that I wanted it done he was able to get the car in and get the windows tinted in time for me to pick up the car when I wanted. When the car was ready for pick up Jim went over all the options in the car with me. He spent a long time helping me set up my OnStar as well as my Bluetooth. He has great people skills and has such a positive attitude that it puts you at ease about purchasing a new vehicle.
