I was a full-time student for many years. I finally began working in my field. I made many sacrifices to stay in school including small loans. I recked havoc on my credit in the process. My friends who worked for car dealerships said nobody would lend to me. It's impossible, it can't be done. I had nowhere to turn and I would have to continue taking my son to daycare with taxis and working full-time. I spoke to Sean at empire Auto people told me he won't be able to do it. I felt discouraged but now I'm driving! Nobody would give me a second chance but empire Auto. Thank you so much! 🇨🇦

Be careful if you do online business with this company. Make sure you read and understand anything you get from them. I'm paying for a car I don't have and don't want and its sitting on their lot. Congrats to them they made a sale. Be very weary

About a year ago, I left an outstanding review for Empire Auto in London and the sales rep that I dealt with, Osman. I wish to recant that review. I was promised a years worth of free oil changes, have yet to receive one and tried numerous times to get in touch with Osman and never heard back. When I did hear back, it was only because we were going to try and get me into a newer vehicle. For whatever reason, I was yet again GHOSTED by Osman and have yet to hear anything back after over a month. This place is a joke and from what I have read on other reviews, does this to their customers who have issues with the vehicles they get put into. So a fair warning to everyone who recently got a vehicle through these guys - they are full of it and within another month or so you will start having issues with the car that you got. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!
