About a year ago, I left an outstanding review for Empire Auto in London and the sales rep that I dealt with, Osman. I wish to recant that review. I was promised a years worth of free oil changes, have yet to receive one and tried numerous times to get in touch with Osman and never heard back. When I did hear back, it was only because we were going to try and get me into a newer vehicle. For whatever reason, I was yet again GHOSTED by Osman and have yet to hear anything back after over a month. This place is a joke and from what I have read on other reviews, does this to their customers who have issues with the vehicles they get put into. So a fair warning to everyone who recently got a vehicle through these guys - they are full of it and within another month or so you will start having issues with the car that you got. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!

I contacted Empire Auto Group one day and a few days later I was a proud owner off my beautiful car .... Salesman Malik was so much help .... I usually get stressed talking to salesmen but he took the time to listen and got me a vehicle that I was looking for exactly..... I felt comfortable and at ease talking to him ..... He helped me get in contact with an insurance broker that had very good rates .... And found reasonable interest rates for me for financing .... I would recommend this business to everyone .... Give them a call you wont be disappointed.... And thank you again Malik for all your help

We just completed the purchase of a beautiful Rav4 with the professional and helpful sales and finance specialist Hass Rafih. He was very down to earth and informative and guided us to the vehicle we ended up buying. We are very happy with the entire process and even with a small issue he did everything in his power to ease our worries and made us feel very comfortable. In fact the entire staff from the owner to the shop mechanic were very friendly and easy to talk to. We are happy with our entire experience and extra thanks to Hass for walking us through and getting us in our new to us vehicle.

These guys are fantastic to deal with. Had an issue with my previous vehicle and they worked non-stop to get me the best deal imaginable! Thanks to Empire Auto I will be back on the road and be able to go visit family in a RELIABLE vehicle. Malik and Sam worked day and night for about a week straight to find me a suitable van for a price that we could afford and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you guys for everything.
