Charged for a repair that was not required.

I brought my car in, indicating that one of my keys did not start the car and the other one did. I got a call from the service department and was told that the key I thought was bad was actually good and that it was the WCM that was defective. I was told that they had reproduced the fault with the good key. I was a little surprised at this and was reassured that the WCM was the problem. I took their word at face value and told them to do what was needed. To my surprise, I was later told that the bad key still doesn’t start the car. And was reaffirmed that the WCM was defective, even though I’ve never had an issue starting the car with the good key. I don’t believe this story. I believe the WCM was replaced in error and wasn’t realized until it was too late. And I paid $560 for nothing.

Good customer service to purchase cars. One month later i did my first oil change. I was very disappointed .i came in garage and i said hello to the front desk guy. And he didn t answer to me . I told him . I m talking to you. I just told him what it s have to be to my car. I swear i was thinking about the customer service. And once my service done. And my car is the front of the building. I asked to give to me the paper work. And he told to wait. I was blocking the customer. The other clerk gave to me the papers and said to me sorry. 2 hours and half for a change oil. I ll never give up. I going back in to 2 weeks. I ll do my service the next 5 year . i ll him give a chance to make this place great again.

Fantastic sales from Riad Basile. But your service is not up to my saturation because they put the wrong mirror on my ram. I am still not have the right once on my ram and it is on most one month old.

This place sucks they lie they say something but they don't follow through. I bought a car from them and they told me they will fix the bumper and window switches when I came to pick the car up nothing was fixed they lie right to your face. Don't buy any cars from the better you find another dealership to buy a car
