Welcome to Dilawri, before I can help you, we have to run the financing before we let you shop for a car... Never had that kind of treatment when buying a car before. They pretty much said, if you don't qualify for a car at $10k more than the advertised price, then we don't want your business. Fine then, I'll gladly take my business somewhere else!

Buying the van was a interesting process but tolerable . Once we got into the finance managers office her got really pushy . After i actually get angry at him he stoped for the time being . Now they owe me a reimbursement for my credit card now I was told 7-10 business days . Well it's been over 4weeks now . My wife and I have left several messages ,emails and now we cannot even get them on the phone . I should of listened to all the other reviews and stay away from this dealership. They will say anything for you to buy then you are just looked over . Got a free oil change from them for how the finance manager was but I will not even step foot in there again . Still waiting on my money

I honestly don't think they communicate at all. My mother purchased a 2017 Dodge Journey about a month ago now. She negotiated bluetooth, and rainguards for the car. They had no problem with it saying the Bluetooth would be installed on the rear view mirror. Then they claimed oh no we can't do that, we will rip apart the dash and install it in there. The service man Barry who actually performs this service said no that's impossible to do. We recieved an email stating her rainguards had come in, a few days later we got a call saying they just arrived that day.. my mom told them about the email and they were apparently shocked. The General Sales Manager Charbel claimed to know nothing about my moms situations that had been happening for over 2 weeks at the time. But our sales guy said he the manager the day after the problem started. The receptionist said he would be in at 9am so my mom was there at 8:40am. Oh no then apparently he wouldn't be in until 1pm according to our sales rep when she got there today. My mom went to bring the car in to get the rainguards, the Bluetooth and her windshield wipers fixed because they literally sounded like they were going to break the window when they were on. When the car came out she was told not to worry but she has a huge crack in the windshield of course caused by what? A ROCK! Yeah sure, I sit in the passenger side literally everyday and this morning when my mom dropped me off at work in the car. And there was NO crack there what's so ever!!!! Do not buy from these people! They have no communication and don't care once you bring the car off the parking lot!
