The experience of buying my Jeep at Dilawri was a real team effort. The team that worked with me where very patient and understanding throughout the entire process.I was able to test drive a few vehicles before finding the right fit. When I did find the right Jeep, the team worked with me to buy it at a reasonable cost.

Our family was looking for a brand new car and went to all the dealerships - Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Subaru, Ford, Volkswagen, GMC... When we arrived at Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge, we were greeted by Riad. He made our car buying experience very enjoyable. We were debating between the Jeep Compass, the Jeep Cherokee and the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Riad took the time needed with us throughout the week to go through the features of each SUV so that we were able to pick the perfect SUV for our family. We ended up buying a gorgeous Jeep Cherokee Overland! Exceeded all of our expectations. Whenever we buy another car we will certainly go and see Riad again! Thanks

Went in the other day to buy a MOPAR OEM part and the girl at main reception was too busy vaping to even greet customers. I was stunned that not a single employee acknowledged my existence even at the counter. Absolutely useless.
