I had an amazing experience from start to finish at this dealership. I was looking for a used vehicle and the sales rep patiently showed me the various models (Wrangler vs Wrangler Unlimited), explained the differences and respected my price range. I was given a good overview of financing options, a request to bring the vehicle by my own mechanic (who is a bit out of the way) was respected and coordinated quickly. The negotiation process was was handled amiably without the pressure tactics that I’ve experienced at other dealerships. An agreement was reached within the budget I had set out with. My time with the business manager was equally great. All aspects of the deal were explained, a time line was set out (and adhered to) and again there were no pressure tactics at play, it was just a pleasant conversation. The delivery was thorough with a walk through of all the features, included equipment, etc. I had brought my young son along and everyone took the time to have a chat with him as well. As mentioned, an overall great experience and my thanks go out to Claude and Patrick.

I went in just to look and Mo showed me a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and I loved it. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible and I drove away with the nicest vehicle I have ever owned! It is loaded. I never dreamed of owning a vehicle like this. It was only possible because of the incredible deal Dilawri made me. Everyone was super friendly and helpful!!! Awesome all around.
