Normally I’m not one to leave reviews but this time I have to! Jonker Honda Service was amazing when my car suddenly needed emergency work done. Their service manager, Catrina, handled everything through warranty (which is usually a struggle to get approved) and I didn’t have to worry! She went above and beyond to make sure my car was back to new condition and running great again! Catrina and her team’s concern and attention to detail relieved all my stress!

Incredible customer service, however, there was no courtesy cars and the shuttle service was accommodating to our appointment. The wait was 45 minutes and my appointment was for 2 hours so waiting there was boring.
