I went to look at a new truck yesterday. Dan Moore was great! He was patient, answered all of my questions, responded to my emails right away and did NOT pressure me into buying anything. Dan went out of his way to get us the best deal on a new truck and explained all of the fees thoroughly (standard fees). At this time we decided to wait on the purchase of our new truck. I can tell you one thing for sure I will be purchasing my new vehicle from them when we are ready! Great service, price and they gave us a great offer on our trade in vehicle! Ask for Dan Moore he is great!

So disappointed by the mechanic and service department at Lindsay Buick GMC that tried to scam me into major brake work. I had been a loyal customer. Always get a second opinion if things don’t seem right. It saved me thousands of dollars. Also ask for the parts that they say they replaced!

Had new tires purchased from here and installed, installation of new tires on my old rims left me waiting 31/2 hrs as they didn't have appropriate equipment to fill with air, shortly after it was making noise so I had them torqued to see if that was issue but it continued to be noisy and getting worse. Took to my local garage and asked them to make sure everything was ok to be told its missing 2 front bolts and it was making the rims scorched! Coincidence of missing 2 bolts shortly after tires that took over 3hrs to be done!? Also it's not been to any garage in the year I've had it! The service department called on Thursday basically saying wouldn't be them and I said to look at pictures, he said he would but how many days later with no follow up call on issue! So I luckily only had $57 bill to put bolts on both front sides replaced that just happened to be gone after an instal!?

I have owned vehicles from many different dealerships over the years and Lindsay Buick is hands down the best experience I've ever had by far! Joe was excellent on the sale, Jesse was excellent with explaining everything on the delivery, Paul was very hands on which I found reassuring and I can't say enough great things about Shannon in service, she goes above and beyond every time my vehicle is in for maintenance. I highly recommend Lindsay Buick!
