I don't even know what to say, I'm disappointed. As a first time car buyer, I chose to buy from Palladino Honda. They came highly recommended. If I had known the experience would be akin to prom night, I'd have passed. What do I mean? When you go in and want to buy a car, they say all sorts of wonderful, whimsical things, act like your best friend, and tell you you'll be taken care of. My new HRV-EXL NAVI 2024 has a broken vent, stained fingerprints in the leather, and scuff marks underneath the ceramic coating. I've been trying to make an appointment about this since NOVEMBER 2023. I've been ghosted. Just like a prom date after they get what they want. Added photos for proof. Could not upload video of broken vent. I love my vehicle. I'm disappointed in Honda Palladino's service, especially after buying all that coverage.

3 separate times I called and tried to ask a question before booking a service appointment. 3 times it went to voice mail. I never once got a call back. Can't book service until I get an answer. Good show folks.

I just got a used 2021 Mazda CX5 GT from here recently. Although I travelled around 5 hrs to get this car, it was so worth. Including the price range, the deals, and overall experience was great. Kudos to Mr. Motti who helped me throughout the whole process of buying this car with so ease, and the staffs over there were super friendly.
