my vehicle just over 3 months after the warranty period. Starter motor having issue - no start at all. Honda Canada gave approval for free part, but the Roadsport service did not give any discount for installation. They quote me over $300 for installation. Because of that, I declined Honda Canada claim and did the work outside. In the past, all my services were completed at Roadsport Honda. I would not suggest anyone to Roadsport Honda service dept.

I bought a Honda Clarity from Roadsport Honda back in March, waited for three months and they said the car is available but only the upgraded model and I have to pay $5k+tax when it should not be the customer's responsibility to pay more than the signed contract. As an international company, how Honda is treating their customers and the inability to fulfill a signed contract is unacceptable. I have opened a case with both Honda Canada and the dealership, but they are pushing the responsibility off the another. I have owned Honda cars for over 30 years and you just lost all my goodwill and trust in how you do business.

I have recently purchased a Honda Accord from roadsport Honda. The sales person I was in contact with name is Phillip. He is not honest with his clients and is very careless when handing over the car. When i first saw the car I noticed the battery was completely dead. I told him it needs to be replaced before I picked it up and when I picked it up it was still dead I felt that he has tried to be sneaking and got caught in the act. Also as I am paying a lot of money for the car I’ve come to find out all the rotors are old and the tires need to be replaced. I told him clearly everything need to be replaced before I pick up the car and it hasnt. I almost got in to 2 accidents on the road due to this. I’ve brought the car in and complained and they only agreed to fix the 2 front rotors and left it. To top all this off it’s been 2months and I have still not received my owners manual which is completely ridiculous. Greeted by Kristian. Other staffers did their predefined parts and performed as expected. Honoured the first oil change as promised, with the exception of a $5+tax environmental fee. Hopefully next maintenance visit will see continued customer service worthy of Honda's name and reputation.
