The lone secretary (possibly Guyanese) lady who works at the reception treated me in an utterly appalling way. While standing in line waiting for an available customer service representative, the lady in question was helping another customer. It seemed as if he was filing out billing or payment information and this woman screamed at me while I was quite a few feet away saying “MOVE!!! What are you looking at?!” Thus, implying I was a thief. It was embarrassing, humiliating and downright shameful for somebody to say something like this, much less a customer of yours. It was disgraceful and shameful for one of your employees to act in such a manner and I truly hope this behaviour is not tolerated at your stores. Contrarily, the man who worked there (possibly of Persian background) was extremely kind and patient and treated me like a human being who is deserving of respect.

The shuttle service need improvements. When I called to book my appointment, I was told my oil change would take a particular time. So, I planned my day accordingly. I go to the appointment and the technician tells me it's going to take a much longer time. This is fine but I need to get to places. So, I request a shuttle. I was informed by the receptionist that my shuttle times were too close to each other and it would be a waste of the driver's time and gas. Please note that my request was to a place 10 minutes away from the Honda location. I think that's quite disrespectful to a customer. I'm spending my money and time to pay for the driver and receptionist jobs. I should not be told that my request is a waste of their time and resources. If the driver is free, the driver is free and should take the customer regardless of time and money. That is the job of a driver. Honda is a very profitable enterprise and can afford the 10 minutes of a driver's compensation and gas. The receptionist and driver come across as lazy based on the receptionist' s reasoning. Moreover, the driver decided to drop off a person who requested the shuttle drop off after me. The other customer wanted to be dropped off in the same radius as I did. Horrible way to prioritize your customer's time! Also, the person who booked my appointment was rude. I asked for an earlier time slot and got attitude. I also asked to be placed on a waiting list for an earlier time and she said I had to call back. That's a bad system. You're expecting the customer to follow-up on you. I work in the professional services industry and this is mediocre customer service. So don't expect a full positive rating every time like your mirror tag requests after a service.
