Bad service

Issue: Screen on civic goes out at times. 1st visit: was told no solution to problem. I complained to honda head office. Suddenly same rep told me there us an update. Now I had to take car back within 2 weeks so software can be updated. Waist if my time. 2nd visit. They updated suppisiblt the software. Guess what it us happening again. I will be mentioning the issue again in my next oil change.

Fail to install the hood screw as i advised to dealer. Lane watch camera 'Fail| indicator not working and I am 3 years warrant and not covered on computer crash.

Just that Honda always try sell extra service that is not necessary at times, I know it’s s money making business but some of the recommended service is not really needed yet techs try force sales

Called and now no response to inquiry about tires with sidewall cracks. Tpms come on shortly after leaving dealership and have to refill with air every 2 days.
