Friendly and knowledgable staff.

Basic A1 services with some questions answered. The service staff was quick and courteous processing me and answering all of my questions. I was in and out quickly.

I bring my van in for regular maintenance. They have really good service advisers and really bad ones. Unfortunately, I got a bad one on my last visit. He was confrontational and diagnosed the problem without really taking the time to understand it. When I got my van back, the mechanic found no issues and I left the dealership with the problem unsolved. I complained to the manager and he was nice enough to call and try to resolve the issue on my next visit. I understand some mechanical issues are hard to resolve but his attitude and the way he said things made me feel stupid. I would never deal with this service adviser when I go back.

We have been a costumer since 1996,and I love my honda,from hatchback to civic Si to CRV.I'm driving CRV 2015,this is our 4th and having problem to my dashboard wiper on the drivers side,I noticed snow piles up and almost cover my sight.Second problem is last summer when I turn on the aircon the air stinks we changed the filter twice and still the same,they even power washed and clean the drainage but still the same.Any help or idea people how to get rid of the the smell? Hoping someone will.

A real disappointment

I had scheduled an appointment to have my tires changed for the winter season and also to have my oil changed. Despite my appointment, I arrived to find out that my wait would be 4 hours. After some discussion, I was offered a shuttle to my home. There was another customer in the shuttle. We went to drop him off first and then he was called that they couldn't work on his vehicle so we had to go back. And then there was another customer to be dropped off and so we went via his place next. A very long and circuitous ride home. On a separate note, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive - to the shuttle driver, to me and to other customers. A bad reflection on Honda. Because of the amount of time I had to wait, the unpleasant experience with the receptionist and the not-so-great quality of service I have experienced in the past (I have often paid for wheel balancing and alignment which never seem to be successful), I decided not to return to your dealership. As an aside, I was called by a representative of Honda shortly after my last visit and I described my displeasure. He said he would have someone call me to discuss this. That never happened. Yet another example of substandard customer service.

Very happy with the vehicle...about "as new" as a used vehicle could be. Nice to know the service history was well documented. Asim was a good guy to deal with.

trying to clean the brake system? in brand new car? just dismantle and re-assemble the brake and charging the customer? if the car have problem with the brake system and still ow mileage should be re-called by Honda!
