Pretty sad comment on your service

I paid twice for an oil change and a tire issue. I had good rason to doubt the work was done on my first visit (neither warnings were cleared) and when I went back a few days later somebody went into the back to check with the mechanic who miraculously remembered doing the work? You guys cleared the messages at that time but I have no assurance the oil change was done other than some guy telling me the invisible mechanic in the back remembers doing it so I went ot Canadian Tire to get it done for certain. That's really poor service on your part. And so is the fact that nobody called me or contacted me the first time which also kind of implies that nobody reads these comments either. I still think Roadsport owes me a credit for 1 oil change.

No proper investigation Even after I feel something wrong in the car they said it should be fine . Asked to wash my car . Not done at all .
