About four years ago I got a new battery from you, but no sooner I found my car was dead because of poor cable connection. I didn't complain, thinking it was excusable for the quality service I had been getting in past years. But in my last service call, all familiar faces were gone and I was asked to get the battery replaced, without proof of battery test nor warranty discount. Even worse, my VIP free oil change service was cancelled because I couldn't stay long enough to get the B1 Service done!!!

price for oil change is acceptable, but cost for change of a side marker light is a bit too much for me to carry, close to $30.00

View ProfileTook one day to find the problem. Took another full day to order the item. And when I took my car to service the problem wasn't solved and they made scratches on my paint..didn't put back all the nuts, screws and 3 clips back in my cars bumper

Took one day to find the problem. Took another full day to order the item. And when I took my car to service the problem wasn't solved and they made scratches on my paint..didn't put back all the nuts, screws and 3 clips back in my cars bumper. I wasted my 3 days with this showroom. Still they didn't solve the problem. And parts which ordered were wrong.
