Bought brand new Accord and was promised to give dash cam with it. I got it after a week, but when I came home and opened the box it was used one, scratches on the screen and power cord don’t even work.

I went to Honda assuming that my e year old Odyssey battery would be covered for replacement nut was very disappointed that it wasn't. In my opinion batteries should be covered by warranty for minimum of 5 years. After calling the supervisor the resolve was that we each paid about half.

The service manager Edmund really cared about my concerns with being rescheduled due to a misunderstanding with the first appointment that was scheduled for my oil change (turns out it's not really a reserved time because I would need to wait 3.5 hours minimum for my car). So I told the service agent I have to come back another day because I cannot afford to wait 3.5 hours. I was told because it is winter season and everyone is changing winter tires!!! When I came back Edmund made sure I waited only 30 minutes for my oil change.

I bring my car for service A, but so disappointed when the receptionist called me and bring me to the mechanic working on my car. I was so surprised that one of my front tire is flat. I don’t understand at all because when I droves to the shop everything is fine, I’m only here for service A. But I have no choice but to ask the receptionist and the mechanic for the solution. The receptionist was so determined to get a new pair of tire. But My tire is still in 50% shape and I don’t have the budget at that moment, so I advise both the mechanic and the receptionist to please install my spare tire for the meantime. Then waited for another hour to finish the service. When I got my car I noticed that the spare tire was installed at the front instead at the back. It is so awkward and unsafe to drive a car the front wheels are not balanced so I decided to bring back the car to shop right away. To cut the story short I don’t understand that the mechanic has no idea or probably doesn’t care at all that it is better to install a spare a tire at the back instead in front. And they didn’t even give me any advice that my broken tire can still be repaire. So disappointed

I had called in to get my winter tires installed, which I had to purchase from you as well, and when I came in at the allotted appointment time slot, the tires weren't there and the service techs had no idea what was going on. Subsequently, I had to rebook and wait for the tires to come in, which was at a very busy time and later than I had wanted. The problem was taken care of but I would have appreciated to have had my car serviced during the time of my original appointment. I would have avoided having had my time wasted. Service and Parts Departments should really begin to communicate with each other so that the customer isn't affected in such a negative way.
