The ladies on the desk when you pay can be quite rude to the customers. After you wait for your car and people treat you disrespectful this is a turn off

Lied to and almost got scammed

Went to the dealership about car making noises in first gear. They couldn't replicate or figure out the problem rather they came up with their list of problems for me (front brake pads need to be replaced and 2 oil leaks). Took the car to a mechanic and he said brake pads are at 5-6 mm when Honda told me they were at 1-2 mm. No leaks whatsoever and hence trying to scam almost $1000 for unnecessary repairs is not cool.
