Edmund is always courteous and professional. As a client who is not mechanically inclined and has seen the CBC's MarketPlace expose of Parkway Honda, it is comforting to find him trustworthy and believe him when he recommends a particular maintenance/service.

Very knowledgable and helpful. Took time to answer all of our questions and to make sure that we had all the information needed to make the best decision for our needs. Very happy with our purchase and will most likely return in the future if/when we purchase another vehicle.

be respectful good customer service.i like the service department they all very helpful. I have an extended warranty. the incident happen after I bought the car after 2 months later I get to know my car ac condenser broken stone hit it. They did not fix it. service department said that it does not cover due to the stone hit..it was vey painful experience

The service advisor was curious and took the time to understand my problem and relay it to the technician efficiently. My visit took longer than i expected but the Technician as well as the service advisor came up to me and apologized that it was taking take to replicate the resolve the problem i was facing. i would have gladly waited a couple of hours more knowing the fact that this professional and respectful team was attending to my vehicle.
