Very bad/untrustworthy experience

During my last service I mentioned about my tire pressure light on. The person who took the vehicle for service shrugged it off saying it happens all the time, see the temp outside. It was reset. The light came back very next day. After one more day I had a flat tire. I called Honda roadside assistance. They took about 2 hrs. I brought the vehicle to your dealership, I was told tire would have damaged and would be replaced on charge. In the meantime i had checked the paperwork of last service which mentioned about air leak but no fix. The service manager had no answer to that. I said i will have it checked else where, he said ok you can go anywhere. I went to Active Green Ross. They checked, there was a leak from the plug. They said these plugs are not legal any more. A broken nail was in the tire rubber horizontally and almost hidden. I had only one nail event on my tires and that was fixed and plugged by your dealership. Apparently some one did not do the work properly and resulted me in loosing my half day pay. Should I trust your service department? I have bought two vehicle from you and have been regularly coming for service of both vehicle for last five years. You have lost me as your customer.

Very unprofessional

My car is still at Honda for servicing and it have been over a week (10 days) now with no updates from the service rep. I had to call him multiple times to get a hold of him. I was told he’s busy on the phone multiple times and left my number for him to call back. Then I called in one day after trying to reach him 4 times, I asked to speak to service department manager and all of a sudden he was placed on the phone. The service rep started lying to me about the issue with my car, in August & September 2017 my car was in servicing for over a month as the transmission for 2014 Honda broke, it was replaced but I had to pay over $500 in auto rental insurance. After 2 weeks the car stopped again, the service technician named TIger at Roadsport check it, and gave me a story that didn’t make sense why the car stopped after being service by the manufacturer and your professional technicians. I still don’t have the car, I am paying insurance on a rental vehicle, when I try calling Roadsport Honda the service rep. was really rude and made a fool out of me on the phone. I really felt insulted as he told me again that they are waiting for another transmission and he laughed over the phone asking me to keep paying for the insurance. I cannot put it in text but I thought Honda was the best until now. This seems to my last experience as Honda doesn’t want to stand by there product. The so called professionals don’t have any idea in what they are doing. I wish someone from Honda head office to call me and hear me out. I have kept my cool so far, but if this exceeds further I am not backing out of involving media and other avenues to help people from going thru this mess.

Looks the technical staff knows nothing about the new technology every time they took 3 to 4 hours but unable to detact the fault since new car was bought in July 2016

Oil change customer service needs improvement

I lease a Honda Civic and am part of the VIP program which allows for free oil changes at my dealership (just pay for materials). This is great, but every time the service is done, I am not notified. No one calls my name or number, and when I ask the reception, I am often told that the car is ready and is "being washed". A simple oil change can end up being a 3 hour visit. The worst part was when I press the receptionist about the status, the key was sitting there and the car was not washed...!
