Terrible Customer Service and Lazy Workers

Kennedy and Ellesmere Roadsport honda has terrible customer service. They turn away customers when the service is supposed to be free of charge and always look to grab money in every way they can. Will definitely not be purchasing another honda vehicle in my lifetime.

My car had a flat tire. I brought it in for checking and had snow tire and oil change at the same time. My service adviser explained to me patiently and clearly about the flat tire. He also ensured the other maintenance work were done properly. He is always friendly and helpful.

I would continue to buy Honda but no longer from Roadsort Honda. The price was $300 cheap than other dealerships. However, the service after I agree to purchase the car was awful.

Mechanical / garage service

My salesperson, Owen, was wonderful.! I am disappointed with the garage/ mechanical part. I had problems from the beginning, with sensors on my dashboard. I received no support locally. I had an accident, and chose to use this garage as my repair place... what a mistake... they took over a week, for a minor repair, did not clean my car, did not communicate with me... I had to constantly call them. Would never recommend this dealership! Even for my regular maintenance services, I will not return there. I do not trust the work that I am being charged for. I will not return and will not recommend this location. Sorry,,
