Customer service needs to improve big time..!!

Service handler was polite enough to respond back to my queries. However when i asked the cashier to arrange a pick and drop up service. She was blunt with her response that she cant make it possible. She ask me to wait and take my own car once it is done. I came in the middle of my work time. Thats something i highly found disrespectful. I didnt pay my money to receive that blunt responses as if i am asking a big task to be completed for me.

Awesome dealership. Jay Jayendran helped us buy our SUV and he is absolutely the best. He gave us a really good deal and was extremely professional and friendly. The Manager was really great too. We were extremely staisfied with our experience.
