Everyone treated me with respect. Jonathan went over my bill and explained everything to me. I was showed the car and how all of the features and how to use them. I was very happy with my interactions. I love my new car. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Issue: Screen on civic goes out at times. 1st visit: was told no solution to problem. I complained to honda head office. Suddenly same rep told me there us an update. Now I had to take car back within 2 weeks so software can be updated. Waist if my time. 2nd visit. They updated suppisiblt the software. Guess what it us happening again. I will be mentioning the issue again in my next oil change.
