That Car Place has been an amazing experience. No pressure, No haggling (lowest prices in the area checked and double checked), financing made easy, friendly knowledgeable staff, listens to find what you need and adds something more, addresses questions as soon as possible. Thank you to ALL staff at That Car Place it has been a pleasure. Love my 2016 Fiat SUV!! Next review is That Repair Place...

It was a great experience dealing with the executives of that car place. Yesterday,I purchased toyota camry and Ali helped me a lot while choosing the right vehicle under my budget and they also helped me for getting it at better financial deal. Once again, Thanks That car place !

I was looking for a Fiat 500 and they have a few. I dealt with both Kyle and then Jeff. Both courteous with no sales pressure. I found exactly what I wanted so then talked to Anya in regards to financing. She was also great. No pressure to buy any additional warranties or insurance she just wanted me to be happy with the financing conditions. All were great to deal with, good people. 10 days after driving off the lot (happy), I had a hiccup with the Fiat. Chrysler Canada were no help at all, so I reached out to That car place. I wasn't actually expecting any help; what used car dealership helps once you've left the lot? Well these guys do! I spoke with Kyle (who was also great). He said they'd take a look and make things right. So I went to their service dept. dealt with Scott and Chris who went above and beyond what you'd expect. They 100% know what they are doing there. Issue was resolved with no cost to me. They really did "make it right". To say I am please with the outcome is a huge understatement. They really do want their customers happy and stand behind their vehicles. I will buy from them again and use their service dept. without hesitation. It will be well worth the drive to London even for just an oil change. In total I was helped by 6 people here and each and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Not what you'd expect from a used car dealership. They crush the stereotype. Thank you That Car Place! The Fiat is great to drive, especially in the snow and ice. I'm so happy with it!
