Hi Chris, We are sorry to hear you feel your experience didn't meet the expectations That Car Place strives for. The price of our vehicles do not dictate the quality of service we provide, we realize you are having a difficult time financing a vehicle within the 24 hour time frame you are requesting. We understand all situations are completely different. In the event of your case, the poor previous auto loans history is what made your situation difficult; however we were attempting to work with that. The lender requested more documentation to validate the discrepancy in your proved income to your stated income. The difficulty of your application and the unwillingness to provide the proper documents made this impossible for us. We would also never discriminate based on age or any other factors for that matter, as you are 31 years old, which is majority of our clientele. The other problem you felt that was deserving of this review was the timely manor in which we kept up communications with you. The date of this review is only 24 hours after you submitted your application for approval and in that time, you spoke to 6 different employees. We sympathize with you as we understood you wanted the deal processed very quickly. However the timeline, the difficulty of your application and the unwillingness to provide the proper documents made this impossible for us. It would appear we are not the only dealership that you applied for a loan through in the same time period. It also appears you wrote a poor review about them as well. The steps we took are typical across most used car dealers but we do wish you the best of luck in finding what you are looking for.
