Inquired about a car and the staff was wonderful answering my questions. That put me at ease with the process! The lot has a very large selection of vehicles, which is nice to find all at one place. I am excited to come in for a test drive! Thank you.

We purchased a vehicle from That Car Place as we were in a desperate need for an upgrade. We applied for financing hopeful to receive a good interest rate; this was a concern of ours as it was the second vehicle we financed this year. We are very happy with our approval! We received a great interest rate and the process was so quick and efficient. We encountered a few hiccups and the problems were dealt with immediately. Thank you!

COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!! Made an appointment to test drive and purchase a truck. I filled out the loan pre approval well in advance and let the salesman know that I was 2.5 hours away and coming down on the upcoming Saturday. So I showed up to see the truck and it was no where in sight. Talked to the salesman who completely forgot I was coming down. He said the truck is in the back shop getting looked over and that I cannot even step into the shop to take a peek at it. needless to say I didnt purchase the truck. Wasted a full day of driving for nothing. And i will be shopping at other dealerships that wish to make a sale.

Hi Chris, We are deeply saddened to hear that you felt your time was wasted. The original appointment you were seeking was for an appraisal on your vehicle to use as a trade in. We do not offer these services on the weekend, which you have been made aware prior. You had mentioned you would be in town visiting a friend regardless and would stop by to test drive for now. You had two options in mind for a test drive however one was not available as it was in the shop; please accept our deepest apologies for this inconvenience. We should have made a follow up call to inform you of this! You did test drive the other truck that was available. We apologize that you didn’t receive the formal appointment you had anticipated, we were under the impression this was a casual stop in. We also would have been more than happy to schedule the second truck for a test drive upon your return for the appraisal of your vehicle. Should you not wish to return, we do wish you the very best in finding the perfect vehicle!

Bought a vehicle off of this company, referred someone that bought a car off of them afterwards. When asked by that car place if someone referere them to there. They told them me and was told I would get the referral bonus . Haven't received anything .
