I can honestly say that dealing with Sales Consultant, Shane Hughes and Business Manager, Mathieu Dufour, was the the most effortless and enjoyable experience in 35 years of buying vehicles. They made it so easy for my wife and me. I never once felt pressured by them as one often does when they enter a dealership; quite the opposite from the day previously when at another Edmonton area dealership we encountered the most arrogant and rude sales manager I believe I’ve witnessed. A big Thank You to Shane and Matt for being so personable and accommodating! I will definitely enjoy my new Ram, and for anyone considering a purchase be sure to visit St. Albert Dodge and ask for Shane!

We had Simon help us get the top dollar for trading in our 2014 Stingray corvette for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The whole experience from beginning to end was enjoyable because you can sense his honesty right at the beginning on the phone, his knowledge, and his great guidance on the vehicle that we needed now. There was no stress at all. He took care of us professionally, kept us in the loop with the corvette pricing, and yes, we did save money by dealing with Simon. We got $4000 more for our corvette than the other dealers were offering us! Simon has great energy, and we felt like we were friends at the end. We highly recommend Simon.

Well I must say this Dealership has their act together. I have never had a more enjoyable experience than at this establishment. They are kind fair and enjoyable to deal with . Was greeted at the door with respect. No pressure sales as I knew what I wanted . My salesman Simon was wonderful and texted me when I had questions !!!! Wonderful person to deal with ! Funny to !! I’m going to give this dealership a 20 out of 10 and I think other competitors need to take note at this place . Staff were all wonderful to deal with . And best part I walked out with a 2021 TRX , mind blowing vehicle .

St . Albert dodge was the only hassle free dealership I've ever been to. Sarah and Matt really hooked me up with what I wanted . They had me in and out in under an hour . Great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thanks again st.albert dodge!

Hands down the easiest and efficient car deal I've ever had!. Mark was amazing to deal with both over the phone and in person. Took the time to consider my needs and my financial situation. The dealership is very clean and well organized. An very nice lot to browse for sure. I will for be back again when it's time to upgrade. Way to go! and Thank you.

I wish there was to rate two different departments because Chad was awesome! Wasn't pushy and was very patient! Thanks again Now the bad, been to the service department twice now. Fist was to get a bed liner, The truck came back with a dent in the side( I called and never got a call back, I talked to Chad and he took care of me and got most of the dent out) The second trip was for just an oil change. I made an appointment for 8. Got there at 7:50 they finally gave me my keys back at 10. I was expecting 45 mins max. Quite disappointed
