Did not purchase my 19 ram 3500diesel there but started taking it there since it's local. The service department is at best adequate after numerous return trips to get the same issues delt with under warranty. Communication is terrible, service doesn't get back to you after numerous calls and texts for same issues. I'm done with their mediocre service and I'll be taking my truck into edm for all my warranty and service needs.

Trade in Horror story Beware

Buyer Beware I purchased a 2017 vehicle from this dealership and traded in my old vehicle. Months later I was receiving notices from the Government that my vehicle had been seized and in their lot. This government agency was requiring me to pay all the fines and storage fees. When I called the dealership and talked to a person they didn't address and stared avoiding my calls. So I talked to the manager and he assured me that it would be dealt with but again it was not. The manager told me he sent in the proper documents as they had no longer had the vehicle as well (move it to a 3rd party). This is when the manager started to avoid my calls. I called the government agency and they informed me no documentation was sent to them. This is very dishonest I could not get a straight answer from the dealership as to what happened to my old vehicle. I had to get the information and send it in. The dealership never changed the ownership when traded in. I thought in a small town I would have better luck with integrity but obvious not at this dealership so beware and make sure to check up if you do a trade in!

Sarah was awesome and very accommodating, as we had requested upgrades (sidesteps, box tri-fold cover and liner). I am just a little disappointed with an overall price tag of 91k, at 0.49%, for a truck originally posted at 68k. In fairness we do have extended warranty (5 years bumper to bumper), and some additional coverage as well, however there was a discrepancy with their original posted price and the actual price without upgrades. Maybe it's just me but for everything I have outlined $22,000 over and above the actual price seems pretty steep. This is also my first experience buying brand new so I am lacking the experience. Again Sarah was the best part of the whole experience, zero pressure and was patient for a first time buyer. This experience makes also me have anxiety about the extra coverage (or lack of) as that was the most rushed part of the experience.

Went and bought my first truck though St. Albert dodge. Simon and Kas made the buying experience a breeze. They got me exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Simon even went as far to come in on his days off to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely gonna be coming back.
