I came to South Trail looking to purchase a Hellcat, Shane went out of his way to find one, was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. Chad and Brandon in finance helped to find payment plans that worked and it never felt like I was pushed to buy something. On the delivery date Shane met with me personally to see how I liked the car and answer any more questions I had. I will be going back for all servicing and send anyone in the market for a new car to Shane and the guys at South Trail. An amazing experience getting my dream car made easy by the sales staff.

Bad business practices. Look at the responses to their reviews and how they try and justify things. That’s a signal of guilt. Steer clear of this store and purchase elsewhere.

I would hope that people are smart enough to understand that occasionally there will be situations in every business that don't always work out the way everybody hopes. Our review responses are always honest and forthcoming. I would point out that our 4.6 rating is the highest of any Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Ram store in the Calgary area and that is based on over 1200 reviews. The vast majority of our customers are not only extremely happy with the level of service they receive, but enthusiastically recommend us to family and friends. So we agree, we hope that people do look at our reviews and our responses. They will see hundreds of amazing reviews from amazing customers who consistently trust us to look after their vehicle needs and continually come back to us.
