Mark worked hard to make sure my experience was a positive one. He listened to me and worked hard to make the deal work. From there all of the staff I encountered which includes the sales manager, finance manager, delivery coordinator, parts advisor, and service desk were all pleasant and helpful. A welcome change from what I have become accustomed to at another Chrysler dealership! I highly recommend visiting Mark if you are in need of a new vehicle.

Unfortunately I have no other choice but to write this review as Mike McManes (the owner) and Mark Gacek (GM) have kept my $500 deposit and I DID NOT purchase my jeep from them. In a time where being a decent human being is especially the RIGHT thing to do this company missed the memo. South Trail undeniably COULD NOT match the deal I received from a different company for a year newer vehicle that was not demoed. I was apologetic, I understand companies need sales, however I needed the best deal and they couldn't give it to me. Don't give these people your money to hold a vehicle you are "considering" purchasing, read the fine print AND SLEEP ON IT before you go see finance.

Hello Erin, I would like to provide some clarification and understanding. The reason the deposit was not refunded is because of the accessories that were installed on the vehicle at your request prior to you taking delivery of the Jeep. Everything was approved, completed and ready for delivery when you changed your mind and found another Jeep elsewhere. We did everything we could to give you the best deal possible, but you ultimately chose to go elsewhere and that is completely fine. However, It is unfair for us to incur costs for accessories or services that were installed and completed at your request and then left with the costs.

Shane is very educated and he went over and above for us when we were looking for a our perfect new vehicle! They don't mind staying late and I never felt rushed. Thank you so much for everything!

Been in twice now for service with my Town and Country Van. Dealt with a wonderful girl the first visit and a great guy on the second visit. Both were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. All other staff that I encountered while there or on the phone were also extremely friendly and helpful. I had an outstanding experience and will continue to service my vehicle here for future needs
