it was fantastic! Brian was so helpful, he was very knowledgeable and able to answer any and all of my questions. Brian was so kind and funny, a real people person, I feel so welcomed into the Roy Nichols family. I would 100% recommend Roy Nichols to my friends.

I am not overly happy with the service I received, not like I was in previous purchases made at this dealership.(4 other vehicles under Ernest Ambrose's name) the main concern is, I was NOT informed prior to my purchase, of the extras/ and freight charges and so forth, when I was called that a Trax was located from another dealership. I asked only for basic, with added a/c. that's it. I was also told I would get a call from salesman in a week;s time, to go over On Star,and to see how things are going. I did not get that call. (and I don't need one now). I neglected to ask about added costs as well.
