Terrible service. They will do anything to get you in a car, bight after you drive off the lot everything will go wrong and they will do whatever excuses they can to not fix the issues. After fighting with them for 30 days, they will tell you you're now stuck with it and offer after market parts that you have to pay for. Even though they kept promising to fix the issue from day 1. Don't waste your time or give them your money. Go to a good dealership! I ended up with a better car and a way better interest rate.

My New Bellissima

From Toronto, I took a day to visit David Hysen at Empire in London. I wanted to meet the salesman I was communicating with on the phone over the past days, in person. And I was not disappointed. The man on the phone was the man I met. Quite the gentleman and sensitive professional. I hardly contained myself as we took my beautiful Chevrolet Cruze LT Turbo for a leisurely test drive. All the while, David sang the praises of this fine automobile. He patiently walked me through the process of vehicle financing and subsequent paperwork. And two days later, I took the Greyhound back to London. David picked me up at the terminal in my new car; it was spotless, inside and out. After all of the formalities, signatures and initials, with the greatest of glee, I happily drove back to Toronto in my sweet Bellissima. The brutal traffic didn't bother me one bit. I was on a first date. David followed up with me a week later. I thanked him again for all of his great customer service. I'm elated with my Bellissima; we have a beautiful relationship. I'll recommend David to anyone in the market for a new or used car. He helped make it happen for me...seamlessly. Cher monsieur, merci beaucoup.
