My visit

The car was dropped off for the appointment and myself given a ride to work. All went well, was picked up at work to get my car back. Got to the dealership and found out they had fixed a binding vent visor as well. Thank you for a great experience and for going the extra mile with what you do. Shawn Kraan. PS. Don't do facebook and the like but have mentioned the above and beyond fixing the vent visor to many people I work with. Thanks Again.

Initially I turned to Lindsay GM Buick because I needed my 2007 Pontiac Wave Sedan serviced. The hose connecting the engine and the coolant had a hole in it so I had to have it towed there. I was worried that I had blown the engine because i had driven it so long without coolant, so I was thrilled when I got a call saying that it was only a minor fix that would cost $300 or so. Hours into the labor I got another phone call. It was going to take longer to fix then planned. That's okay, I thought; as long as it's fixed. A while later I got another call: the engine was dead. My worst nightmare. On top of that, I was expected to pay for the labor prior to the mechanic's discovery that the engine was dead. I was not pleased. The situation was rectified by Sam Thornsbury, who managed to get me an amazing deal on a 2014 Chevy Cruze (my dream car). As part of the deal, I didn't have to pay for the labor on my old car :) In future I will certainly deal with Sam Thornsbury and Lindsay GM Buick.

Lori was very receptive to out wants and wishes. She was always friendly and personable. Even when we were wavering on price she helped in many ways. she treats you more as a friend than a client .

This is our third vehicle from Lindsay Pntiac Buick, all through Lori Nowensky, and each time she has been extremely helpfull and a pleasure to deal with. The entire sales team is very polite and helpfull and everyone that comes through their door is treated with the same respect . Give them a try and see. I'll go back for our next car .
