Easy and straight forward, which as both a consumer and business woman, I really appreciate.

My purchase of a 2015 Canyon was very pleasant. Once I expressed our interest in the Canyon to Sam, he arranged a Canyon for a test drive overnight so other family members were able to drive and experience the vehicle. Sam provided details on the incentives available to be used on the purchase and the dealership worked diligently to provide value for my traded in vehicle. When the dealership did not have a Canyon in stock that met our specifications, they contacted other dealers right away and Sam kept me up to date as to progress. It did not take much time at all until they were able to tell me they had secured a Canyon for us. In just a couple days they took delivery of the vehicle and installed some accessories we had requested and arranged for me to pick it up. I am thrilled with my new Canyon. Thanks so much to Sam and Lindsay Buick GM for a great purchase experience.

Had a 9.0 o'clock appointment for oil change, tire rotate and inspection, wondered why it took over 2.5 hours to complete. Being out of town requires that I wait for vehicle, I was originally told the appointment would only take a little over and hour.

Staff was very friendly. However problem not solved on first visit. Suggestion to contact GMC warranty did not pan out. When I went back for 2nd look 3 issues were found that were missed the first time.

I was very pleased with the service I received and I will be asking for Lori again when I purchase my new Verano in the near future. She was really polite and helpful. Very patient with us as we are not that good with all the technology. She showed us a few times how to navigate radio, OnStar and even helped with our cell phones to be compatible with the technology in the vehicle.
