2015 Sierra - service was excellent

You always hear about how people hate dealing with a sales person at a car dealership. Sam Thornbury was the exact opposite of that, he made the buying experience very enjoyable, it was like he was on your side the whole time! There was never any pressure or back and forth. This is the second truck I have bought from Sam and the next vehicle I buy, the first person I will talk to is Sam.

Our remote start key fob was not working. We depend on it working as we have health issues that make it so much easier if we can start the vehicle from inside our home prior to getting into the vehicle; (especially in the winter months). Mike and Luke looked after us (as did Joe) and we are more then satisfied. Thanks. Sharon Tobin

We were driving a 10 year old Buick - the best car we have ever owned, and wished to replace it with something similar. We test drove a GMC Terrain, but were not satisfied with it so drove a Verano which we liked. We dealt with Sam a few years ago when we purchased a truck, and were very happy with his friendliness and professionalism, so it was an easy decision to give him our business this time.
