Poor manufacturing

I brought my truck in because I could not drop my spare.Even though this was due to a manufacturing defect,that is well known,I was told I had to pay to fix it.Unfortunately this soured me on gm products.I now own a dodge.

We know that we will be given every consideration in all aspects of our needs, whether it be a new lease/purchase or a service appointment, or just an enquiry. Slightly disappointing.

This was the first time we took our vehicle here for service. I called requiring some front end work, I was given an estimate and an appointment for a week and a half later. I was told all the parts were in stock. I rearranged my work schedule and arrived for the appointment to be told that the estimate I was given was wrong and the parts were not in stock. I was told that the parts would be in and the work could be done the next morning. I rearranged plans to get the car in first thing and after we dropped the car off we were called and told the parts would not be there till the afternoon. The work was done and we picked the car up at the end of the day. Probably won't be going back to this location.

My baby (my car) had two recalls and I had an extremely difficult time booming in due to my ever changing schedule and child's wellness. I was feeling 'off' due to these recalls and thru their patience I finally booked in and a went well and is well; they r helping with a reimbursement with a past paid for service that is now a recall :)

Lori has just the right business/personal mix. She always makes us feel comfortable without that sometimes pressuring salesperson attitude, always treating us like we are her number one priority. Lori is very knowledgeable of the all the products which we feel makes her so efficient in her position. ......And that's why we are Lori's return customers!!!!!!!
