It's a car dealership. If the car I wanted had been available elsewhere I'd have gone elsewhere.

This place has always been my go to for oil change and changing tires. I'm glad I can say they haven't changed despite the difficult current times. They are very clean, organize, and friendly staff.

Correction since I made erratic accusations ***** They are following COVID19 procedures very well and are very friendly. Definitely a very welcoming and safe place to come get your maintenance done.

Really enjoyed buying a new truck here

Gerard my salesman was extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. Great follow up after the truck was purchased. Whole experience was great at South Trail. Brad sales manager and Chad finance manager were also great to deal with super attitudes. When I buy another vehicle Gerard is going to get the call. Fine young man. Cary Samulak.

It's been 5 months since I have bought my truck from this dealership. Don't ever buy the 3 m package. It will fall off. I have complained and brought it back countless times. Just recently it is peeling again and they are telling me that I'm peeling it off. I told them to remove it and give me my money back. they told me that they don't wan to deal with me anymore. They said they might take me serious Mon.

We understand you had issues with your 3M which we previously rectified. We don't tolerate verbal abuse of our staff, so at this point we have done all that we are obligated to do regarding the 3M and wish you all the best.
