Bought a new truck and traded my truck, Shane encouraged me to test drive a few models to make sure I got the truck I wanted. Brandon made the purchasing very quick and efficient. The service team made the new truck look great for pick up.

Taking my vehicle here is great they have nice staff and are usually very quick . They remember who you are and what vehicle you drive which is really convenient and gives you a great sense of community. The only thing I would say Is that every time I go they end up moving the drivers seat, steering wheel and mirrors which is annoying to try and put it back how it was and if you don’t realize right away and your knees are jammed into the steering wheel. Other than that which is really a very minimal thing they are great !

First of all my name is Rolfe not Folfe. Jennifer informed me that my aerial was broken during the car wash and has ordered a new one....no biggy. Overall my experience was a pleasurable one. The service was completed in the quoted time and will return.

I appreciate the service at Southtail Chrysler and regularly take my vehicle there. Most recently, I had taken my jeep in two times to resolve a cold start noise with no resolution. I reached out via email after my last appointment expressing my dissapointnent and recieved a call right away along with a follow-up email to confirm the issue. Phillip did an outstanding job at diagnosing my vehicle, coordinating a seamless vehicle pickup and drop-off, and resolving the issue quickly. Thank you!
