Rear brakes were replaced and fully serviced on time and within budget with no hidden or unexpected costs and as per items discussed with Wil.

I felt pushed by this advisor to do a brake service on my 2014 Accord....only 8 months on the road. I checked with another dealer and they said a brake service on my car at 1 year is the normal frequency....so I was disappointed with this service.

Wil is very customer focused and friendly. He explained what needed to be done and provided options. What was most surprising (and most appreciated) was the followup call from Wil to see how well the car was working after the service. Wil is a great asset to RoadSport Honda.

I paid for oil change and car wash but I never got a car wash and nobody called to tell that my car is ready also I had to get a $40 taxi ride to dealership cuz no cartsey car. Worst experience never coming to this dealership I felt like I'm unwelcome there!!
