I had the front panel and bumper replaced on my CRV. A day later, I noticed that one of the clips appeared to be loose. Tiger answered when I called the Service line at almost closing time and he personally tightened the clip. As usual, Roadsport employees, especially Tiger delivered on my expectations. Thank you!

Auto Detailing and winter tire swap out. The detailing was horrible, but was corrected at a followup visit at no charge. The floor mats were missing when the car was returned but relocated at a later date. In conclusion, the mess that Roadsport created was fixed to our satisfaction..

1) Regular B1 service with the VIP service package. 2) Change of rear brakes advised after an hour into the servicing time - new brakes paid for and installed. 3) Specific instructions to RETURN original brake pads, brake rotors, and other equipment to owner was not followed up. Answers provided by original service adviser and backup team, including manager COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY. Recommendation: Please do not explain mistakes as standard business practices. Vehicles are expensive, require servicing, and 'parts' are 'OWNED' by the vehicle owner - not the servicing team/business. If a part is removed that has 'value' attached to it (in this case metal recycle), then a decent business will return it to the customer/owner. Overall, I am happy with the thoughtfulness of the backup team, and honesty of the service adviser ... I believe they are honest people and genuinely wish them to improve upon their jobs by learning from their customers. This feedback is being provided with good intention to all parties concerned.
